Flimston bay
WebFlimston Bay is a beautiful little bay along the South Pembrokeshire coastal path. It has amazing slabs of almost vertical rocks. I love to paint this bay, and this particular painting is a small 30x30cm intimate study of a section of the rocks. Materials used: Acrylic paint. WebJan 22, 2024 · The wonderful Green Bridge of Wales and Stack Rocks are found in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park west of Flimston Bay. It is a carboniferous limestone arch that has been formed by crashing waves and pebbles that have eroded the limestone. As a result, caves were created, which have extended to become the arch you see today.
