WebMay 22, 1995 · If I have two dates let's say, 05/22/1995 and 01/01/2009 how can I get Crystal to display the amount of time it took an employee to get a promotion. For intstance, taking the two dates above, I'd like to display. It took employee X, 13 years, 7 months, & 9 days to get a promotion? Is there a function that will do that?
