WebDec 29, 2012 · After purchasing Crysis in the sale on Steam, I got it working after a little tinkering due to the black screen crashing problem and was able to jump on and play anytime for a couple weeks, but now when I go to launch the game, I get a pop up that says, "This application is not compatible with the installed operating system. WebThe games work fine on my old PC but the specs aren't great. Only Crysis 2 works on the new PC and I don't have Crysis 3. All graphics drivers are up to date and so is the OS.
