Restore: Make meals with substance

This wholesome pasta dish strikes just the right balance of greens and noodles, with ample flavor provided by lots of lemon (zest and juice) and some finely shredded sharp cheese.  Pine nuts are a good source of heart-healthy fats; choose nuts from the United States, Europe, or Turkey (these will be long and thin) over those from China (short and round).

The end of the day is a particularly important time for mindfulness.   Make the most of the evening meal by taking the time to truly savor what you are eating.  What's more, be sure to give your body the restorative charge it needs with protein-packed dishes as well as comforting carbohydrates.
